My Services
The initial session is an assessment that costs £70, while the subsequent sessions are charged at £65 per session and must be paid in advance. The sessions will be held weekly and will last 50 minutes each.
Initial Consultation
Free, non committal 15-minute phone or online consultation to meet one another and understand if we could work together.
Long-term / Open Ended Counselling
Ongoing counselling with no fixed end date can allow you to go deeper and gain a greater understanding of yourself.
Assessment Session
Assessment sessions last 50 minutes, during which we will discuss your therapy goals and expectations, your past experiences, and some aspects of your history.
Online Counselling
Online counselling is accessible from your own confidential space and is suitable for both short-term as well as long-term counselling work.
Short-term Counselling
Ranging anywhere from six to perhaps 12 or more sessions, short term therapy can focus on specific goals, without delving deeper into some of the more complex presenting issues.
In-person Counselling
I offer face-to-face sessions in two private & comfortable locations in the West London areas of Chiswick and Ealing.
